Honestly, more power to ERAC for the tremendous fleet and revenue growth it has experienced. My issue comes with HOW its done....At the expense of good people fresh out of college. They churn em and burn em and toss them off to the side once they have burnt them out or turned them completely morally bankrupt.

They dangle the carrot of having the dream "RVP job" (what a crock, no matter the title, you will always be someones bitch) and they keep dangling it until you run out of gas, then they find a way to not promote you so you quit out of the system to create this false sense of movement so they can dangle the carrot to the next unassuming employee.

You have to beg for days off, or even to leave a couple hours early (after already putting in 8 hours), you WASH CARS, etc.... Its unbelieveable how far from normal that place is from any respectable job

No one questions the success of ERAC on paper, but at the end of the day their employees arent treated much better than those that work at Wal-Mart.
