Re: Failing Enterprise Mentioned in USA Today! At least we are now 100% sure that ERAC knows about fe.com. I still say they are no worse than average, but it's been educational to know they can be bullies in certain "loss control" situations. I have a better idea what to be on the lookout for. For starters, it is essential to get your own estimate before reporting a loss. I still wonder if some posters are real Enterprise counter people. I mean c'mon, someone that would go to the trouble to throw a customer's keys in a canal. Some of the people that post here claiming to be ERAC employees seem like mental patients that get internet priveleges as a reward for not drooling on themselves for two days. I have NEVER had a vehicle offered to me with less than 1/4 tank. If you were, wouldn't the thing to do be ask to have more gas added before you leave? A car stalling in traffic could cause a wreck. Renting a vehicle too low on gas creates a big liability. At least the legal dept should weigh in when this happens. On ERAC vs Wal-Mart, where are the AFL-CIO boycott commericals against ERAC? I smell a union hypocrite. __________________ ..not inherit the kingdom ... neither fornicators...,nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind - 1 Cor 6:9 Last edited by tailfins1959; 2006-12-22 at 08:02. |
