if erac had a union employees could fight back and eliminate erac's success on paper. or else it would force them to be good on paper the right way instead of the way they are doing it now. establishing an employee union would solve more then this website. it will probably never happen unless they honestly could no longer could recruit people which has subsided in the last 2 years but nowhere near the level that would force a union. ????? start sending out postcards to unionize erac and send them to every office and see what kind of controversy that would start. your first set of postcards certainly started a big rush of awareness and saved alot of people emotional stress. now go in for the kill with unionize erac postcards. see how that raises awareness and causes serious human resource's nightmares. the first time you sent them hr sent out a message stating this is the opinions of one disgruntled customer and do not reflect erac's standard practices. the message stated to "shred the postcards immediately and do not share with any employees" i was a manager so it was pretty clear they were certain these cards would pose problems on there "best kept secrets" "dirty lies" "false perceptions" "smokecreens" whatever you want to call them ... get it done.
