Don't be an idiot. It's a family owned company and its obvious Jack Taylor's granddaughters were going to be promoted and eventually become the head of the company. I don't know whether they really "earned it" or not but they grew up with ERAC and started at the bottom. They probably new what flip was and how to calculate reserves when they were 10.
