I respect the fact that Andy made his family start where we all did. Everyone knew they were being groomed and would eventually take over the company. Did you really think that they would spend 10 to 15 years at branches and groups until they 'earned' their way there? ANyways, all I know is that I would have hated to be the branch manager in charge of them. "ummmm Ms Taylor would you be so kind as to wash that car over there?, No? no problem sorry, I'll do it."
