I know this as fact I am a current level 3 employee who has been an area manager and has worked at corporte. CRM and GRM are in a grey area. They typically get bumped to 150k or 10% higher than the highest area manager they are in charge of.

RVP's, GM's and othe rlevel 4's do make great money. They get more than the standard commision that branch, assistant and area managers make. They get private stock in the company, as you all know no one ever retires from enterprise you just get fired, it just depends on how long you hang atround.

But a region with 2000 cars that did 250 net a month would equal 500k profit a month and 6 million a year. They also have a "bogie" number that if they hit they get a huge bonus. Until last year they also got a 13th commision check. this was figured by taking the average of their 12 commision checks fot they year. so yes they get paid. dwwsej
