this is sad. I am a current Assistant Branch manager in gp01 and this is really sad. I know Chuck, worked with Chuck and quite honestly he is a true asset to our company. All of you actually spending time in this forum bashing our company and bashing people like Chuck need to grow up. It is obvious that the people writing these "messages" about "Charles" are just a little too weak to make it in our company. Someday all of you will grow up and realize all one needs to succeed in our company is a good attitute and some thick skin. I think it is awesome to work with someone like chuck - who shows passion for what he does. My advice to all employees contributing to this website: STOP COMING TO THIS WEBSITE. SPEND YOUR TIME WORRING ABOUT IMPROVING YOUR SALES, AND TAKING CARE OF PEOPLE. Enterprise Rent A Car is a unique company that we should feel lucky to be a part of. You are challenged relentlessly to overcome your personal weaknesses. No day is ever easy, but there is truth and personal satisfaction in that struggle. Most importantly it's a company about PEOPLE. It's about you and me and the "rather vindictive" customer like the one who started this website.
