Pape is a lifer! He is not going anywhere and its sad. Unfortunately, he's one of those really good guys that is trying to live the ERAC dream. He been waiting for an Area Manager spot for sooooo long and ANOTHER great Area Manager spot opens up and he does NOT get it. Guess who gets its? M. Martin, someone who hasn't been around nearly as long as Pape(someone correct me if i'm wrong). You know how many of these old school guys been lied to repeatedly about "the next spot is yours". HaHa. Keep dreaming fellas. They already know who they are going to make Area Manager, so you can keep dreaming, because that is all you will be doing, is "DREAMING". Now, M.Marting who was just an assistant manager 2 yrs ago, will be YOUR boss, and you've been branch manager for 4-6yrs(for some of you). Hmmm, talk about a slap in the face??? Swaffles is another one that has been waiting for that Area Manager spot...and the chick down at 33. So, all those that have been waiting for years for the opportunity, sorry, some 26yr. old came and stole your dream. So, what you gonna do now????
