Re: Group 29 I have to admit that there are far more important things to do than bitch about E. I will admit that I think the job sucked. It is not for everyone. The people that seem to have their "carreers take off", so to say are the people who have recently graduated from college. Lets face it, they have never worked a real job a day in their life. They don't realize that there is better out there. Most company's consider their work week 40 hours or less, and compensate you better if you work over 40 hours. E counts it as part of your daily salary. E also keeps their employees very busy. This way they do not have time to get out and look for real work. There is just no time. A day will come when these poor souls are going to realize that they are 40 years old, do not have a family, and have no life outside of the life that they created inside of E. Is it worth it? For those of us who have gotten out, the answer is clearly NO! For those who are still living the E dream, It must be. It all comes down to this, if you are happy with your company than stop worrying about what everyone writes on this site. ------Peace! |
