Re: Please Help! Hello, I really think you should do it. If you see my posting ( group 41 Miami) you will see that I am not very fond of the way Erac treat their employees. However, when you get to a management position with the company, once you look for a job, employers usually are crazy about ex-enterprise employees, since they know they work hard, and Erac has a great training. I do warn you, that you will either hate Erac after two years, or you may do well, and get yourself promoted. However, chances are that you will hate Erac. The points you have to consider, are the following: With Erac, you will learn how to deal with people. They have great benefits. They will teach you to sell. You will learn how to do business fast and sharp, and increase money potential. You will learn to not feel pity for the customers, and get their money. Like Erin Ashby tells her employees " Get their money, because Disney World does not feel bad charging their customer 75 per person either." I know it sound harsh, but that is the American way. Do not listen to the negatives. You will create your own negative. You should have a positive mind into the business. Most of the people that write in this post, are or either so fed up with the business and have been doing it for years, or are no longer with the company. Usually you make regular money, and work like a slave. But believe, there is something about Enterprise Managers, that other employers Love!!! wade |
