Hey im currently working in Hickory. Ryan Moore is the area manager. I think he is a good guy and means well. As far as the managers that work with him, some are good and others are shady. At best you can always expect to find pissed off everyone. Not at you just the situation. For me I am going to be quitting soon. I have put in my time and its just time for me to move on. I do not want my college degree to go to waste. Granted most of the people you will work with are brain washed with crap about ESQI and 'make the customer happy' you just have to make the decision to deal or not to deal. If you just want to know how things are just show up with no reservation and demand a car on a friday afternoon about 530.
