I am no longer with the company and left when I could take no more. But the years I spent there were some of the best years until it turned sour. I worked in Canada, climbed the ladder and did very well because I was willing to work very hard. For most of my career, I worked for people that I greatly respected and trusted. There is no way I could have got the job I have now without having worked with Enterprise. It's just that, when I found myself working for people I could no longer trust or respect, I had to make a decision.

Here's what I would say. The Toronto group has been having problems at the GM level. If you can get in and work in Jim Whitley's city, you will be fine. I know all 4 of their GRMS and Jim's the best, Dimitri is pretty good too. Best of luck to you. I really hope that E-Canada is able to regain the leadership culture it once had.
