I started there years ago. It has changed drastically in 6 years. BTW - I'm no longer with the E machine. My advice is to find a better management trainee program than ERAC. There is no such thing as 6 figures in 6 years. You work from 7 to 7 most of the time. You're answering phones, washing cars, picking up people, getting belittled for dirty cars, don't forget about the fraudulent charges on customers credit cards, you won't be able to take your choice time when you want it, promotibility is minimal, they do promote after hours functions and a frat mentallity. You are expected to things with people you normally wouldn't hang out with in normal life. Forget being with your family. Now on the other hand there are great drunk fests in Orlando or Christmas parties. Finally, region A has turned over so many people in the past year that it shows weak management from all levels. Don't waste your time!
