Look all I know is I’ve been with Enterprise for just under 2 years now. In that time I’ve been promoted, increased my pay by almost 40% and worked with sound people (few numpties thrown in there but what job doesn’t I guess). So you wont see me complaining. Whilst in training, orientation and the assessment they make no secret that you have to work long hours and that you need to be committed to putting your time in. I agree that there are people that all they do is whine and bitch about the hours the pay, I was told this, I wasn’t told that. If what you want is a regular boring job in the “office” with limited earning potential in the long haul then park you arse down at the job centre and let the rest of us get on with it.
