How many of those were genuine customer complaints?
How many were employees expressing dissatisfaction with erac?
How many were just stupid arguments between posters?
How many were gossip and libel?

Numbers don't really matter. Content does. Your site is meaningless unless it is used for the stated purpose? Is that happening? Not from what I have read.
