speaking from experience...if you need something taken care of...you should call shannon hiebert @ 5199. laura cancelled my health insurance 3 days before i had surgery and 7 days before it was supposed to be cancelled...i have over $11,000.00 worth of medical bills waiting to be paid!!! when i talked to her about it...she said i should file a form with UnitedHealthcare to see if they would pay..."all i can do is send you the form...i am not allowed to do anything else for you."...the ins co said they dont just go in and cancel peoples' policy. i had to call shannon to get any help...and i am still waiting on the results. |
