I wasn't saying Rhonda specifically was over paid. ALL Area Managers at ERAC are overpaid for what they do. Put their position at another company, and they would make a ton less.
I'm kinda ERAC old school myself - I know how long RHonda was with ERAC, and she was the one who hired me in. But I didn't know she was 7 months pregnant when she was fired. Just another reason to hate ERAC!
