LCAM's setup accounts for companies to use ERAC for business travel. Mainly to drive home city rentals but more importantly to take business from the competitors in the airport market. Local, Regional, and National Accounts (home city and airport). They do this by leads from branches, Chamber of Commerce, Development Authorities, target industries, cold calls, etc. As far as discounts or set rates these should be set based on volume from the company and how much they will use ERAC (verbal or written contracts).
Sounds like many of you have total slackers in place as LCAMS.
Either that or you whiners are just upset because you are sending in total crap leads just to get your points on the matrix (if your group has this) or some other stupid motivational tool to brainwash you into jumping through another hoop to drive the BIG ERAC machine.
Once the account is setup your dumb ass Branch Manager won't even go see or take care of them anyway so they typically go right back to the competition.
