What it implies is that the vast majority of employees that leave are so bitter towards the company for so many reasons that they feel the need to lash out in a forum like this. Secondly, current staff are so either brainwashed(admit it) or scared of leaving that they need to validate their own sorrows by mocking those that have left and gone on to better jobs. I love working here, but even I can admit their is a cult like culture perpetuated from the top down. And a part of that is the notion that there are no better careers out there, and when an ex-employee does find a better job (ie more$, less hours, more potential) the typical response is that they are wrong, their new job actually sucks. Some times we need to all look in the mirror and grow up.
Lastly, lets not forget that this site started by a disgruntled customer, to post warnings about doing business with Enterprise.
