Its really hard to lie to a customer in upselling, selling them coverage which they really don't need, and providing great customer service at the same time.

We already are ripping them off! I guess the least we can do is treat them nicer than other rental car companies do.

In all sense, what we do is just RENT CARS!! How fucking grand is that? I'm not gonna stay here long enough to bother to get promoted to Area Manager or beyond. If I were in Todd's position title, I'd unfortunately would be telling people, I rent cars...and bitch to my staff about how they're not making me rich enough.
