Forget flex time. Flex time is like maybe 3 hours early one day every 2 weeks and you have to fight it out with your manager.

You will gain alot of weight because you will have no time to work out or do anything else. You will be to tired - you will have to get to the branch at 7 to 7:15 am and leave 6:15 to 6:30 everyday. You will be to tired for your family or anyone else.

Saturdays you will work from 8:45 am to about 12:30 - 1 pm.

This is not a good job. Also all the other jobs you will get after enterprise will only be sales jobs with low to no pay and all commision. Trust ME Stay away from enterprise. This job will make you very sad. Just look through this whole website and read.

DUDE!!!!!!! You hit it on the nail! Had I found this site a year ago I would have been much happier in my life by going a different route. Lately I've been going to work everyday cussing out everyone under my breath and feeling depressed because my money's been a lil funny yet I've lost motivation to move forward with the things my superior's promised me when I first came here (ex. fast promotion and promise of big pay and easier workload the further up you go etc).

Maybe its my time to go as well. Yesterday (Saturday) was the last straw. I keep telling myself things will get better and perform too (I've been consistant top ten in my region) but lately I've had more days that remind me of why I hate working for ERAC than doing the opposite.

My advice for a new person thinking about coming over here is take your time to review what everyone's saying on this site and "research" the co and the opportunity by volunteering to go to a few branches in the area while interviewing and asking the Mts that work there what a typical day in the life of an Enterprise employee. Then ask what the benefits/pitfalls of the job are etc. and go from there.....

Good luck and Godspeed
