he got hired as a city manager in an underperforming area. He wnats instant change but offerers no support. I think he is what people hate about city managers. They stay in their office and never say sell out. JUST BOOK BOOK BOOK. never ever having to face the customer's themselves. Then when you set someone else up with the competition because u have no cars, he throws a bed at you and slams the door. WORTHLESS
