I'm a little curious as to why I always see ERAC in articles about great places to start a career, but never once in an artivle about being a great place to either have, or end a career.

Take what you can out of ERAC and then leave. Luckily I was able to do that before my hair went totally grey or I had a stroke.

The day that I told them I was leaving was the best day I had with the company. That and I got to be a dick to everyone for my last week.
