yeah but that all starts at the top. your city manager is above you so you blame her, but mindy rolls out the blaming of turn over on the managers, relays that to snelly who adds his rage and stupidity too it, who then rolls it to your city manager who blames you. we have to wake the problem is at the top and until things change, all our lives suck! and when there is no leadership to look up too (who mindy or craig? get serious) The city mangers have no leadership either.
