Based upon all the information, complaints and testimonials on this website from employees and customers alike, it seems that a few class action suits may be warranted. That might be a very interesting thing to pursue with one of the country's top law firms.
Legal action might be the only way to force ERAC into adopting fair practices for both employees and customers. Right now, ERAC is adopting some pretty hilarious countermeasures. One is burying its head in the sand like the proverbial ostrich, and the other is putting blinders on the horse so employees cannot access FailingEnterprise.com from ERAC offices. In other words, ERAC has made it quite clear that it is not going to change on its own.

First of all, the last time I checked tobacco hasn't been outlawed yet.
Secondly, you should look up how many times ERAC has been sued-thousands. From ex employees to customers, erac has been very good at countering these suits and keeping them out of the public eye. But believe me, erac's lawyers & reps have to go to court on a monthly basis to fight these law suits. Most stem from sexual relations to damage on vehicles, but erac is like Norm from Cheers when they go to court...everybody knows their name.
