Yet at the end of the day, or while you're in your office talking on the phone with your buddies, you're talking shit on me and gossiping the whole time like a little bitch. (ALOT of the guy managers are good for that in this group) Whether I do one contract or twenty contracts a day I'm still getting paid the same. You rely on me to get shit done and taken care of in the office so don't you think that you should be thanking me each night for getting the job done and putting more money in your pocket? shouldn't you be treating me with a little more respect because I'm the one that's running around daily, not taking the deserved and much needed lunch breaks just to get another one of your deals out there. I know you'll read this and mock it and disregard it but you better let it sink in the next time you treat your ma's and mt's like shit because without us your office would fail and you might actually be forced to get your lazy ass off of your chair and out of your office and do some damn work. I mean god forbid you actually do some work for your paycheck. Most of the managers are seriously underqualified and grossly overpaid. |
If this is how your management treated you I feel bad. I am very thankful for all the work my employees do and I let them know every day. I wouldn't say they do more work or work more hours but yes they do write more tickets than me, which they should. I already know how to do it with proficiency and my MT's always get my regular waiver takers and I write more Fleet hits than them or get it put to my numbers. So don't act like everyone is like all your shitty managers that can't actually perform in this company. I do it every day and I never had an employee that hasn't thanked me for what I brought to their careers.
