You think he will or won't be here? What I don't understand is how there is such a tolerance for the level 3's in this group be discriminitory. This is not a knock on Chip, because I asked him straight up once about a sexual harrassment issue that was going, and he said I was being unfair to him, because he had just heard about a few days ago and it takes time to respond. So who is responsible for the problems in the Group if its not Chip. It can't be him, he still has a job after all, so obviously Nestor, Nicholson, and Taylor have no issues with what is and has happened in Jacksonville. What I reccomend is reaching our to Corporate, call 314-512-5000 and ask for Ms Nicholson someone who directly reports to them. They will listen, and action will be taken, you would be surprised. Chip may not go, but I think they can convince him to take some action sometimes, this is just a hunch I am thinking.
