I'm not necessarily defending it, just letting people know that if they're a very driven person willing to work through the tough times, Enterprise will take care of you way more than most companies in the world. I'm not bragging by any means, because there's plenty of people that could do very well at Enterprise. But, it's a great job for single young college grads, and other than that it makes it very hard because of the hours and stress level at the job. I can't imagine doing it being married and with kids, which I'm sure a lot of people have, so I do understand.
