In any company if everyone stayed or never got promoted, nobody else would get promoted either. But, because of the constant change at Enterprise, it's easy to get promoted in my opinion. We're you a top performer or average?

It's get's easier if you let it, and you have the proper level of staff to support your business. But, there are many cases, this isn't the case, unfortunately. I'm sorry you had a bad experience.
