Re: DO NOT COME AND WORK HERE IT WILL HURT YOU MORE THEN HELP YOU!!! Chris, congrats on your successful career. Bear in mind a few things however. You are only as good as your last month...I have seen loyal employees who "resign" (aka...forced out) after a bad month or two as area mgrs. Also, what have you sacrificed to be where you are? Did you have a divorce or severe relationship issues? I know for the few years i worked there I gained a significant amount of weight, lost time to do any hobbies, stressed out about freaking rental cars, lied to customers and employees, and had zero pride in telling people what I did. Again, I am merely presenting the other side. YOu are equivalent of winning the ERAC lottery. One in five thousand employees get to where you get. It is not a matter of people "not hacking it". In fact many many many people realize ERAC is not the gold at the end of the rainbow and move on and become successful beyond their wildest dreams. for example, I quit ERAC and at the age of 25 am making close to 6 figures and am buying my own business (for a secondary source of income) and I work between 30-35 hrs a week. I would say for myself, it was well worth quitting. I am not begrudging your success, but you know as well as anyone that ERAC is not the dream that recruiters and managers claim to be. Happy lottery |
