Yeah, Yeah, Yeah. I am not trying to get anybody fired. I moved from rental to corporate and worked with the JD Power people. They are good, hard-working people, but they base the information on the phone numbers provided by corporate. (How else do they find out who rented from ERAC?) Those numbers are sckewed by those at the branch level by employees looking to pad their ESQi. Trust me on this. I know.
