i hate damage there because although i am very thorough im not perfect and many collegues are less perfect :)
pay the eighty bucks... i had a lady on DNR from six years before and someone else hit her and that company only uses erac for rentals and guess what|? she refused to pay and i told her enjoy those nike's while ur car is in the shop :)
just be more thorough next time and consider this... yes the erac employee certainly could have missed it but so did you so oh well live and learn! |
