As a former employee all I can tell you is quit... I worked for ERAC for almost three years and it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had as far as a work environment. Everyone on this web site bitches about policy and procedure and illegal activity or 'sleeping' to the top, when are you going to realize that ERAC was around before you and will be around after you. Absolutely nothing is going to change. When I was there I was so comsumed with ERAC that I was honestly in fear everyday of getting fired, and that if I did get fired that my life was going to end. You spend so much time working for the company that it rules your life and you honestly forget about everything else that is not enterprise. I was reading comments about people complaining that they are ONLY allowed to work 49 hours. Nowadays I am working 37 hours if its a long week and my base salary is more than my base plus commision as a branch manager. I would shit if I ever had to work a 49 hour work week. Quit ERAC and find a real job. ERAC is a joke, especially that they require a four year degree. ERAC only requires a warm body with a hand to pick up the phone. The reason you dont make much money is because you are doing work that a monkey can do. When you bitch that your friends are making more money than you, maybe that is because they are doing something that provides more to society than giving assholes keys to cars that you know they are going to bitch about no matter what. No matter what position you are in with ERAC, it all comes down to doggystyle, because you are all taking it up the ass from the man. GET OUT NOW!!!!!
