i left and never been more happy. has nothing to do with work at all. no more bull shit on a daily basis. erac is a kindergarden for adults. people piss and moan but dont do anything about it. get another job, trust me its the best decision you will ever make. where i work now, i have no idea who is sleeping with who. or if anyone is at all. its great. people dont give two shits. they come to work, do their jobs and live their lives. no bull shit happy hours on a tuesday and back to work at 7 the next day.

o ya one more thing. the managers that lead my company actually know what the are doing. they are not some horse dick former pizza boy that humped an group manager and is now your boss. my area and regional managers have several multi million dollar deals under their belts with fortune 500 companies. its actually ok working for someone who knows more about business in general then renting cars.
