The funny thing is someone new I met after just having left Enterprise saw me 8 months later, and commented on how I had lost weight. I thought, "No I didn't". Then they said they could see it in my face. Looking back, they were right. An Enterprise career has the same "SuperSize Me" effect as McDonald's.
Like the other poster, I was in top physical condition before Enterprise, have regained it after having left Enterprise, but during the time with ERAC, I was slowly killing myself - mind, body, spirit, and soul.
