How come no one ever talks about this guy and what he does not get done at E? I have never seen a more incompetent staff than this group. Talk about not being able to handle the tough situations? How many EEOC claims do they talk about and yet the person of minority gets the vote of confidence and the manager gets the kick in the ass? I dont get it. Pat are you out there, answer this for us. Does Chip have you making these people the victims. How about just doing your job and making sure that everyone in every office is doing thier job? Seems pretty easy to me, unless you are afraid of the EEOC. That would be the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
