People that leave for jobs that pay 40base will never make more than 60. If that is all you want then why did they come to ERAC? Retention does suck. I have been around for a few years and they have made changes to help us little people. My pay plan has been adjusted up twice in the past year. I am going to stick it out espcially with us buying Vanguard. I am sorry to see that so many people are unable to make ERAC work for them. Hard work and long hours, so what.
