I know of a handful of BM's that are on pace for more than 55K. These employees work hard and are doing really well. If your branch did not grow at 20%, O.P. @ $100 per car, and keep your bad debts under $10 per car along with Reserves and Uninsured losses at a low level, then that is why you are making no money. It has nothing to do with your pay plan, it has everything to do with you. Who is your Area Manager? GRM? Have you asked for help? The help is out there. Everyone wants to see you succeed.
