What I think is pathetic is that people are willing to work for ERAC only a step up from fast-food. They take you out for drinks "Big Fucken Deal" Myself I would rather work 40 hours make more money and hang with people other than co-workers in my free time. But there is a big misconception among young ERAC employees that the social aspect will help them advance, wrong getting drunk and acting like an ass, sleeping with co-workers, and all the other shit is a sure career stopper. You think that management doesn't monitor this shit, you think they will promote a drunk or a cock hound to upper management position. With all the lawsuits today upper management is very selective on who they put in management positions. So my advice is keep your nose clean and your dick out of coworkers.
