its not that i totally hate being a teller. i have just never been one to stay at a position too long without being like, "okay now what?" I like to see advancement all the time, and being in a bank its structured so flat it seems like advancing is almost never happens. Crap there's been people doing jobs on twice as high as me for almost ten years.....Its pretty bad. this just seems like something that can at least be a stepping stone if nothing else. you know get in do the two years and get out. plus i work at a retail store and have already delt with unruley customers that don't give a crap about you already. hell I had one spit in my face one day. if Enterprise customers can dish out more than that, i might give them a freaking medal. |
