listen man...read the stories...they are about 90% true. There is a website dedicated to ex-employees who have gone on to become successful in something else (ok, not all...some are incompetant) and look back to their days at ERAC with a horror.
There is a reason. I, for one, will never work harder for less money than I did at Enterprise. I hated it every single day for 18 months...without exception.
Its been over a year since I quit, and I still enjoy my Sundays a little more knowing I dont have to wash cars and lie to customers the next day.
There's your recommendation, don't do it. Now, as for what to do...that's your choice...
If not...good luck finding something (anything) better
