You were screwed when you were promised Assistant Manager but as Chip said "Sorry you couldnt get the numbers" Yet a minority management assistant who did not qualify was able to become an assistant manager and stayed at NAS jax because the EEOC was called and Chip and Pat said not to move her. Or we could talk about area 7 where the minority was promoted who was looking for an EEOC claim and/or Workers comp claim. I am sure there are numbers floating around somewhere to support all this. Wouldnt that be amazing if those numbers made it to the paper or fox news or something of that magnitude. Oh yeah, that is right 5 days after you left there was a girl brought in from another group who was a utilization manager and not in rental the previous 2 years, yet was given to the crying Area Manager from Area 5 as a branch manager. So yes to agree you were screwed with the usual group 43 rhetoric about not qualifying, but then they flipped and did it 5 days later with a straight transfer from another group. |
