If you were in their posistion and worked to get there, would you want to give any of that money up? Hell no, quit bitchen and just do your job. Maybe if you actually try to succeed you can get there someday and reap the benefits. Every company has highly paid executives with the majority of the peons making squat, and usually there isn't a chance for growth because everyone in these positions has been with the company for 25 years and they aren't leaving ever.
