anyone find the article today with ricardo somewhat amusing. i find it funny that he hires all these people because most of his employees quit on him because he sucks ass or just chases them out the door. here is an exerpt. enjoy!!

How do you pass on the knowledge of quality leads to your employees at the branch?

I show them the amount of money I've made just from referrals to get my people motivated. (Because I stole the leads from my Mt's) Plus, I make it a daily check at my branch. "Have you spoken to someone today about your job?" (do it because if not you get written up) A lot of times customers ask how long we've been working with Enterprise - this is the time. (tell them i might get promoted soon because everyone is quiting or i have been doing this crap for so long because it pays the bills) You have a captive audience whether they're making small talk, looking for a job or not - talk to them. (You might get them suckered into this shit also) People know people and people talk (shit). Some of my personal referrals have been friends (you have friends???) who have talked to other friends (wait, you have friends again) - because that person was looking for work and they knew someone who worked for Enterprise and really liked their job. (really, good bullshit to get them in the door)

How many hires have you had this past year?
Let's see...six? No, no. Seven hires. (i also have 7 fires and quitings including my asst managers)
