Did things change since I left? When I was there all of the base salaries for L3's (area and city manager) was basically 31000. Only about $1,000 more than even BM's. Where all the money was made was the commission.
I am just a bit confused about the statement that his base salary was twice what the BM's are.
I was an area manager and when I was promoted my base salary increased only about $1,100 but my commission increased.
Somebody help me out here?
