If everyone is so unhappy, leave. It's very simple. You know the Oracle in the Matrix said it well, "you have the power of choice." So choose to leave, it's your life, choose a better one. And trust me, the skills you learn there help in many careers, and trust me again, the next job will pay a lot more and you will think it is ten times easier. I did and now I am making 4 times the monthly paycheck I received at ERAC for my two week paycheck just two years later. But first you must get out, it's not for everyone, and for those that "choose" to stay really aren't making the fantastic money they say they are.
