Default UNFAIR

Dear Management,

I am Leonel Dorvil, a recent employee of Enterprise at 4115.
Yesterday, 4/16/07, I was assaulted by a co-worker in the office. The
other co-worker, Micheal Futch, pushed me and chased me with a hammer
while in the office. This event is recorded on videotape. I did
nothing to evoke Mr. Futch's actions, and paralyzed with fear, I
consequently did not re-act to his assault.

Management did NOTHING to protect me from this other employee, even
though a police report should have been made.

The Executives of 41DD; Kurt P Marzolf, Erin J Ashby, Lucy Palay, and
Dave Krammer, did an investigation of this event. They reviewed the
videotape that shows Mr. Futch assaulting me, and also questioned other
employees that witnessed the event. There was no manager on duty, and
only 1 assistant for 8 employees at the time to help dissolve Mr.
Futch's rage.

Upon their investigation, they decided to terminate both Mr. Futch and
I. Even though both the videotape and eyewitnesses confirm that I did
not evoke nor re-act to Mr. Futch's assault, I was terminated.

I could have been seriously harmed, there was no protection for me while
at work, and now they have terminated him, so I could be confronted by
him again.

To make this worse, my confidentiality has been violated because Kurt
Marzolf announced to my office that I was terminated before I was even
notified of this decision. I have not been "officially" terminated
because I still have the exit interview tommarrow.

My rights have been violated in many ways from this event:

1. I was physically assaulted while at work.
2. Enterprise provided no protection for me, nor did they file a police
report.
3. I was "terminated" with no explanation.
4. I have been embarrassed by Mr. Marzolf's choice to breech my
confidentiality.
5. My professional image is tarnished.

The decisions management made in this event do not follow the
Enterprise Internal Business Practices and Ethics because Management
failed to provide:
1. A healthy working environment.
2. An environment free from intimidation and harassment of any sort.

Thank you,

Leonel Dorvil
