Like I said....he works for erac....for him to come on here and make those comments proves all the peoples points on here are valid. A systematic failiure by managment to treat their workers in a reasonable manner.

I COULD SPEND HOURS LISTING ALL THE @#%$ STUFF THAT HAPPENED TO ME AT ERAC BUT ITS NOT WORTH IT BECAUSE ANYONE WHO VISITS THIS SITE AND THEN WORKS HERE WILL REALISE THEIR MISTAKE WITHIN 30 SECONDS OF GOING THROUGH THE DOOR.

I am not an ass or dumb. I know how a company should be run.This isnt it and right now people should not touch this job with a barge pole.That may change and god I hope it does because erac is not going away....
