YOu have no case, dont waste your time. You are an AT WILL employee and enterprise is not responsiple to provide you "protection" from an assualt by a co-worker. If you wanted a police report, you should have filed one and or called the police yourself. You wont get a dime, might as well use the time to get a new job,
