I am just as upset with all the people that quit and want to blame ERAC for their problems. The come on here and vent that ERAC is the worst. It is their own fault that they failed. There is no need to bash ERAC. Like you said, it's not for everyone. The 1st few years are tough, no doubt about it. All those whiners that feel ERAC is the cause of their, "lack of success!" are the people that make us want to come on here and defend our great company...
Many people have found great success. It is not a pipe dream, it is a very challenging journey that not everyone will complete...
